Where does Nordscoot deliver orders?
For the time being, we deliver to Finland, Austria, Belgium and Estonia.
Where are the orders sent from?
We deliver orders either from warehouses in Germany, Poland or Finland, depending on the model you ordered and the stock situation.
How long is the delivery?
Orders are processed and sent on weekdays before 11:00 a.m. When the courier picks up your order, delivery times vary depending on your location. On average, it takes 5-9 business days.
Why isn't my tracking number not working?
It takes a few days for tracking numbers to appear in the DPD and DHL courier system. Your tracking code will take effect within 1-3 business days after it has been picked up by our courier. If you still cannot track your package, please contact our customer service via live chat or send an email to contact@nordscoot.com
What if my shipment is lost during delivery?
If the shipment is lost during delivery, we will deliver a new product to your address.
