What is Nordscoot Maintenance Support Service?
Replacing wear parts is typical for all vehicles. Accidents happen and parts naturally wear out over time. To assist with this, we offer our customers “Nordscoot Maintenance Support” as an additional service for non-warranty parts and repairs. Switching out electric vehicle spare parts is often a very simple process that can be done in most cases with just the tool kit provided with the product and a simple instructional video.
What is the warranty policy for vehicles?
Nordscoot warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months under normal use of the product. Warranty starts from the day you have received the vehicle.
Does the Nordscoot Maintenance service affect warranty?
No, it does not. Nordscoot Maintenance Support Service does not in any way replace the warranty, but is a complementary service. The purpose of the service is to help customers with problems that are not covered by the warranty, such as the replacement consumable parts, for example in the event of a tire puncture.
Where can I order spare parts for the vehicle?

What is the return policy for products?

Todella vakuuttuunut s9 plussan keveyteen. Puhutaan kummiskin 800w moottorilla varustetusta sähköpotkulaudasta, joten 22kiloo ei ole liikaa painokuormaa vastaavalle.
Seuraavaan malliin kehitysideaksi: nfc tagilla tai avaimella toimiva virtalukko että lautaa ei saa käyntiin ilman sitä. Leveämpi tanko että on vakaampi. Parempi IP luokitus olisi mukavaa, vaikkei tämäkään huono ole! Monissa muissa paljon huonompi, mutta jos vaan saa parannettua niin ehdottomasti mulle ainakin iso plussa kun ajelen myös sadekelillä. Sekä olisi mukava nähdä tulevaisuudessa 2 moottorinen versio, esim molemmissa vanteissa 500w moottorit (että pysyy laillisena) tai takana 1000w moottori isolla piikkiteholla, koska piikkitehoa ei ole laissa rajoitettu että jaksaa mennä hyvin myös mäet ylös ja rajoittamattomana huippunopeutta hieman enemmän kun tässä mallissa (mutta edelleen samalla superhelpolla rajoituksen poistolla) ja katurengas versio että korkeimmissa nopeuksissa ja esim sateella olisi pito parempi. Kuusiokolo/monitoimityökalu ehdottomasti eikä isoa läjää erikokoisia avaimia niin on helppo pitää sitä mukanakin.
Olen nyt ajellut noin 50km tällä laudalla ja olen tosi positiivisesti laudasta yllättynyt. Kun laudassa on korkea maavara ja hyvä jouset, en ole pelännyt mennä isommista montuista. Laudan 45km/h nopeuden sain erittäin helposti saavutettua tasaisella ja painan 86kg. Kasaus oli oma projekti koska pakkauksessa oli 2 ohjetta ja netin videon ohje oli myös “vanhentunut”. Mutta siitä selvisin. Jyrkemmässä ylämäessä ei meinannut jaksaa lähteä vetämään, kun lähti paikaltaan. Jos vauhtia on alla, niin paahtoi kaikki ylämäet helposti 20km/h+ vauhdilla. Sitten miinus puoliin. Kaasukahva on ehkä hiukan liian herkkä, jos haluaa ajaa hitaampaa 25-30 vauhtia. Cruise control kestää ikuisuuden että aktivoituu, eli turha ajatella että sitä saisi asetettua esim 25kmh/h silloin kun on rajoitin pois, tai mihinkä vaan muuhun nopeuteen kuin 25km/h rajoitettuna tai 40-45kh ilman rajoitinta. Myös nopeuksia haluaisin säätää apissä moodeille. Esim drive on vain 20kmh, olisi kiva jos näitä voisi säätää, niin ei tarvitsisi vaihtaa rajoituksen asentoa, jos ajelee hitaampaa. Näyttö vaikuttaa siltä että tulee naarmuuntumaan erittäin herkästi(oma näyttö oli jostain syystä naarmuilla jo kun otin sen paketista). En tiedä mitä meinaa nordscootissa ABS-jarrut, mutta minun mielestä ne on lukkiutumattomat jarrut ja nämä jarrut todellakin saa helposti lukkoon. Tämä oli iso miinus minun mielestä kun sitä mainostetaan myös. Ja ennen jo mainitsin, niin kaasukahvan herkkyyttä ei pysty säätämään,. Haluaisin enemmän vääntöä alku nopeuksille ja hitaammin reagoivan kaasun esim drive modilla, mutta kun en voi säätää nopeuksia modeissa, niin en halua ajaa sillä paljoakaan. TLDR. Alennuksessa 1050e hyvä lauta, olen tyytyväinen. PLUSSAT +Hyvät jouset +Maksimi nopeus helposti saavutettavissa +Kiihtyy ripeästi +Appi toimiva +Suht kevyt, onnistuu vielä rappusien käyttö +Lauta tuntuu tosi jykevältä ja luotettavalta Miinukset -Ei ABS-jarruja -Ohjattavuus inasen kömpelö, voi olla tottumus asia. Myös 45kmh vauhdissa lauta hiukan epäväkaa -Apissä liian vähän kustomoitavaa -Kasaus -Ylämäki testi paikaltaan lähdössä vähän huono omasta mielestä
