To assist with this, we offer our customers “Nordscoot Maintenance Support” as an additional service for non-warranty parts and repairs. Switching out electric vehicle spare parts is often a very simple process that can be done in most cases with just the tool kit provided with the product and a simple instructional video.
What is the warranty policy for vehicles?
Nordscoot warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months under normal use of the product. Warranty starts from the day you have received the vehicle.
Does the Nordscoot Maintenance service affect warranty?
No, it does not. Nordscoot Maintenance Support Service does not in any way replace the warranty, but is a complementary service. The purpose of the service is to help customers with problems that are not covered by the warranty, such as the replacement consumable parts, for example in the event of a tire puncture.
