Nordscoot’s return policy allows you to return products within 30 days of receival. The condition of the new product must be checked within 30 days of receival. The customer is always responsible for the cost of the new packaging if the original package is no longer available.

Can I return a broken product?

The product cannot be returned if it has been damaged for example due to an accident or negligence, and the damage is not due to a material or manufacturing defect.
