Nordscoot Maintenance
The easiest way to carry out the service is to take your electric vehicle to an authorised local workshop for light electric vehicles, depending on your location.
However, if local servicing is not available or not possible, you can send your electric vehicle to a Nordscoot domestic depot for repair by post.
You will need the original packaging to send a scooter to our service centre.

Instructions for sending to service
Outside of warranty, the customer is responsible for paying for any costs included with the repair service. If the original packaging is missing, the customer will also be charged for the new packaging.
